Naseer and Arshad Warsi are a classic on screen couple. Great to see Madhuri back. Huma Q – swell. Vijay Raaz – outstanding. #DedhIshqiya

The whole goddamn film is beautiful Urdu poetry & shayari. Brilliant. And so utterly, constantly hilarious. #DedhIshqiya

Vishal Bhardwaj is the best dialogue writer in the country. Nobody even comes close second or third. Beauty.

Also the best homage of the year or last few years. No telling to what/whom because that will be spoiler
— CilemaSnob is now (@NotSoSnob) January 6, 2014
Abhishek Chaubey's direction is so smooth, so in command. Difficult 2 believe it's jst his 2nd film.Difficult 2 believe its not drctd by VB.

If only songs were better, had worked, and had been on charts, this would have gone out of park. i mean commercially.
— CilemaSnob is now (@NotSoSnob) January 6, 2014
And what i felt after watching the trailer – i can make lau to that colour palette, the film delivers the same. Such sukoon to eyes.
— CilemaSnob is now (@NotSoSnob) January 6, 2014
From unbearable JoeBCarvalaho to complete show stealer in Dedh Ishqiya, if only Arshad knows his potential and picks some good scripts.
— CilemaSnob is now (@NotSoSnob) January 6, 2014

Was a little disappointed by madhuri but maybe, i was expecting too much. It's any day better than watching her in aaja nachle.
— Awara Hoon (@ronyd) January 6, 2014
I can watch this film again just for the dialogues. Fida over VB.#DedhIshqiya
— Awara Hoon (@ronyd) January 6, 2014
Dedh Ishqiya is one up on Ishqiya. The scenes, the lines and the milieu add to that Sethu's fantastic cinematography. Lilaah!
— Awara Hoon (@ronyd) January 6, 2014
‘Dedh Ishqiya’ was great fun! Chaubey has gone all out with his quirky screenplay. Hilarious stand off & shoot out scenes. Beautifully shot!

इतनी तमीज़दार बकचोदी पहले नहीं देखी. बेगम अख्तर, ग़ालिब, नवाबी हेकड़ी, भयंकर humor, गोलियां और गालियाँ – सब एक साथ. मुकर्रर! #DedhIshqiya
— Varun (@varungrover) January 7, 2014
#DedhIshqiya is so brilliant it brings respect to sequels everywhere. Seeped in class & poetry, and still the funniest thriller we've made.
— Varun (@varungrover) January 7, 2014
So what are you waiting for? Book you tickets and go to VB-land, sit back, relax, and get in the mood of Begum Akhtar’s Hamari atariya. Let Abhishek Chaubey dazzle you with some poetry and beauty, guns and glory, hues and adventure. This is how you are suppose to do a sequel – it’s not just about cashing in on previous success, but about being brave and ballsy.
Itni tareef sun ne ke baad bilkul bhi mood nahi hai dekhne ka !!!
Very average movie. Songs are bad and film gets boring now and then.
ishqiya was way over rated.. I was completely bored by it. The trailers of dedh ishqiya dont excite me either.. Not interested in it
