If Pritam is here, can plagiarism be far behind. And the latest track added to his long list of inspired/plagiarised songs is Dum Maaro Dum is Thay Thayn. And the original is Give it to me by Timbaland featuring Nelly Furtado and Justin Timberlake.

Nt sure ? Click on the play button, play both the songs back to back and decide it for yourself.

And the story doesn’t end here. Even the Jiyein Kaun track sounds similar to Coldplay’s Fix you. Click here and here to listen to both the tracks and do let us know what you thik.

  1. no surprise. its bollywood’s just another example of music theft.

  2. Filmi Girl says:

If it is “inspired” by Timbaland, it’s a poor clone. Besides, I think the bigger crime is that somebody let Abhishek rap. This trend NEEDS to be stopped – he’s terrible! Rapping takes more skill than sing-songing speech over some beats…

  3. Vikas says:

Justin Timberlake ko bhi bata dena twitter pe.

  4. Sharath P S says:

If this is not enough, Opening part of female version of Te Amo has striking similarity with Coldplay’s Clocks !!

  5. Akash Bharihoke says:

What about ‘jiyein Kyun’….both the starting melody and the middle transition tune are rip offs of Coldplay’s Fix You!!

  6. Darrel says:

Also “Jiyein Kyum” from the same album is copied from Cold Play = Fix You
