Its not actually a new composition by A R Rahman. But its based on the music of Aazaadi song from Bose, the film directed by Shyam Benegal. BSF is Border Security Force (Seema Suraksha Bal) incase you GQ is really low. They could have surely done a better job with the video. Enjoy!

….For Rajiv Menon’s new film Dhun starring Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai.
Its a film in which music plays an important role as both the lead actors play the role of musicians. And the story is about how their professional lives affect their personal relationship. Post-Slumdog Millionaire, Rahman is overloaded with work and too busy with his international projects. Menon had two options – either to wait or go for a new music director.
Rajiv Menon is now talking to Vishal-Shekhar for the same film. Menon is in Mumbai now and have met the music director duo .

The Mozart of Madras might be busy with his numerous international projects, but on the election d-day A R Rahman came out of his home early morning to cast his vote. The Oscar winner cast his vote at 7:30 am. His polling station was at the MGR school in Kodambakkam, Chennai.
And guess who missed it, Kamal Hassan. Because his name was missing from the voters list. So, now will Kamal put this issue in the tamil remake of A Wednesday ?

i didnt. I have never done. Its Mothers Day. Its all over the place.
Do you feel guilty ? I dont. I never do. I dont even remember her birthday. I dont bother. Like a true anti-family anti-social guy, i never cared much about birthdays of my siblings, parents and relatives. They all know. They dont feel bad now when i dont wish them on their birthdays. I dont even like celebrating my birthday. Wish everyone could erase that day from their diary. Reason ? Just like that. Are there are more like me ? or am i the only one ?
If you want to know more about how and why of Mother’s Day, here is the wikipedia link. And if you want to know more about Ana Jarvis, who took the intiative for celebrating Mother’s Day and how it became one more holiday, here is the wikipedia link.
And if you are just a selfish inglorious bastard like me, here are two songs for the d-day, enjoy. Mother’s Day is just another excuse. One is mumma from Dasvidaniya, sung and composed by Kailash Kher. The other is from Rang De Basanti. Luka chhupi, sung by Lata Mangeshkar and A R Rahman. Music – A R Rahman.
