Time to leave your brains at home, again! At the rate at which Priyadarshan makes movies, we are thinking of opening a brain deposit counter. Might be a good business idea. What say ?

Anyway, the two maha-duds have come together again. And its called Khatta Meetha, directed by Priyadarshan and stars Akshay Kumar. Is it a remake again ? Don’t care much but if someone knows, do enlighten us. Here is the first teaser trailer of the film.

  1. Praveen says:

Remake of his Malayalam film Vellanakalude Nadu-Mohanlal, Shobana

  2. @pvijay says:

“Vellanakalude Naadu” (The land of White Elephants), a farcical commentary on Indian bureaucracy-especially the Public Works Dept.- is an excellent social satire. The major part of its success was in the actors, even those in minor roles. Priyan can NEVER repeat that in Hindi. Akshay “wood” Kumar?? U kidding? 😛

Can’t find any other reason than money for him to do such insane vain exercises…

  3. John Galt says:

Akshay ‘Darshan’ & Remake ‘Kumar-an’. Hope this time at least Priyan Saar will credit the original writers of the Malayalam and not some Neeraj Vohra or Manisha Korde! Pisst… Bhul Bhulayya cost Kishan Kumaran a cool 75 lakhs, because Priyan Saar-y! doesn’t believe in taking rights from the original makers. Te-hee!

  4. DPac says:

Priyan’s still got enough rights in his bag o make more of the same
